Exceptional renovation Experience with 'TIM DAVEY CONSTRUCTIONS'
Beth and I Undertook a large Renovation and extension to our single-fronted Victorian home in Port Melbourne in 2023 with TIM DAVEY CONSTRUCTIONS and the experience was exceptional.
Communication from director TIM DAVEY, was clear throughout the build and were given outstanding access to view the build at eery stage.
His advice on council approvals and permits was invaluable and when unforeseen challenges arose - Such as uncovering a hidden second fire place that required demolishing the chimney and rebuilding it with a steel flue - he guided us with skill and flexibility.

Even when costs arose slightly at the back end of COVID, everything was explained transparently & reasonably. What truly stood out was Tim's professional yet friendly approach. by the end of the project we genuinely considered him as a life long friend. Something rare in a builder - client relationship & a testament to the way he works.
Most importantly, we are delighted with our finished home, which exceeded both our expectations in both quality and design.
